Every Darrod coach works to the same training methodology, designed exclusively by the academy. During their development, players work with several coaches, and each one brings something personal to the process.
How we work
Video analysis
We record drills to find game patterns and analyse each player's technique. That study is the basis for the improvement plan.

We schedule sessions with different coaches. Each professional brings something personal to the process and broadens the player's understanding.
A personal approach
We keep a common methodology but adapt the process to each player. Groups are formed by age and level.
